About the Office
Clark Family Care is a primary care practice located in Sylvania, Georgia. It is staffed by a full-time nurse practitioner. The office treats patients of all ages in acute and chronic care.

Kendall Clark, FNP-C
Kendall graduated Screven County High School in 2007. She attended Georgia Southern University and graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2010. She worked in home health care and hospital-settings, including the emergency room as a registered nurse (RN). In 2014, she graduated Kennesaw State University with a Master's of Science in Nursing. After receiving certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Kendall began working as a Nurse Practitioner. She worked for 6 years at a clinic in Sylvania, then spent a year back in the home health setting. She has now opened her own practice, Clark Family Care. Kendall is the daughter of Brad and Cindi Kent. She married her college sweetheart, Zac. They live in Sylvania with their dogs.
Kelli Luckey, office manager
Kelli graduated from Screven County High School in 2002. She attended Ogeechee Technical College and graduated with a degree in Business Office Administration specializing in healthcare in 2004. Prior to starting with Clark Family Care, she worked with Optim Primary Care for 14 years, 7 of which was as an office manager. She is the daughter of Dean and Tammy Bragg. She married her high school sweetheart, Chris. They live in Sylvania with their son, Dylan.
Shanita Wiggins, LPN
Shanita graduated from Screven County High School in 2008. She worked in Nursing Home and Hospital setting as a certified nurse assistant. She also tried to provide personal home care. Throughout the years, she attended Ogeechee Technical College and graduated with a Diploma in Nursing (LPN) in 2022. After she received her license, 7 months later, "God blessed me with the opportunity to work as a Nurse in my hometown at Clark Family Care" she says.
Shanita is the daughter of Norman and Arneda Patterson. She is married to Denton Wiggins and they are blessed with 3 children, Phineazze, Denton and Annie.
